Rude staff, unclear rules, and cheap jewelry. I won’t be coming back. I tried on one earring to see how it looked, didn’t like it, and went to put it back. The staff was following me, refused and forced me buy it even though there were no signs about that policy. They even pulled up a video of me on a big screen, which was humiliating. I’m a regular customer but was treated like a thief.

Relatively cheap selection of professional grade products with a wide variety to choose from, but I had an extremely uncomfortable experience here where one of the older male employees seemed to be watching me and following me around the store. Two more men then appeared and were also hovering as I was looking around.
