Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There were people asking for money outside the building, which made the entrance uncomfortable. The staff also came across as rude and unhelpful when I tried to get assistance. I hope management addresses both the customer experience and the situation outside.
If I could give zero stars I would. I came in to purchase items with my wife about a month ago. That experience was extremely excellent with a very knowledgeable lady to was authentically helpful and caring. Our last recent experience was bad enough to put the items down and leave. The front staff ignores you brush you off in any direction. Then when they decide to help they are rushing you. Great customer service very clean and organized
I had to do a review after 5 visits of consistent AMAZING SERVICE!!! I'm not kidding that ManagerLady in the back never misses I swear!!! Please go see her she will definitely get you together and you will leave with a smile. She just makes you want to shop there and only with her. Service so great you feel like family. This rating is solely for an employee named Keidra. It was my first time buying a wig and she was absolutely top tier. Very approachable and knowledgeable about the wigs and the installation. She gave me the confidence to wear it and I will personally recommend her to everyone. Thanks for the excellent experience.
