Don’t bring your EV here. Brought Bolt in two weeks for a few minor things, none relate to drivetrain (suspension, wiper hinge seized, need new washer fluid pump in rear). Nick looked it over and made appointment for today. I arranged to be home from work. Brought it in. Call 10 minutes later — “we’re not going to work on your car because we don’t want to touch an EV.” Would have nice to hear that two weeks ago.
I’ve taken my car here a few times for various repairs. Very pleased with how honest they are and the pricing compared to other experiences in the past.

Great family business!
Was having problems related to our key fob which we thought was preventing us from starting our car. After trying all sorts of YouTube solutions, finally gave up and went to this garage for help. They immediately suggested to walk over with a car battery charge pack and sure enough, had no problem starting the car. Turned out that the car battery was dead too!! Couldn’t believe the coincidence! Amazing service from the fellows at HB Auto Service. I’d be a regular customer after that experience if we didn’t live in Orleans…
