HB was my second stop trying to find a place to have my front bumper secured and I was taken care of right away. The price was reasonable and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great customer service.
This was my first time visiting and I'll definitely be back! I brought my car in for a second opinion on getting the front axel replaced. Sam was super nice and very helpful! He was able to get my car fixed the same day at an incredible price! This is my new go-to auto shop now.
Sam is the man. I Took my vehicle in to get worked on he was honest and upfront from the beginning no funny business at all. The stigma is when a women goes into a mechanic shop they are going to try and poke her eyes out because of not knowing about cars but I didn’t feel that Sam. You can tell he is passionate about his profession and it shows. Great customer service!!!
*updating review* customer service 10/10 but unfortunately I spent $300+ for my car to still do the same thing 2 days later , I was very busy at the time. I called no answer , left a voicemail didn’t hear anything back. I came a month later which was my fault !! but he then told me instead of a throttle body clean which I paid for , he said I just need a new one. Which is now $600+ , I won’t do business with this company any more nor recommend them. I hired a personal mechanic and he said they didn’t even clean the throttle ... read more
