Good experience working with Hilary. She is wonderful about asking the questions you never knew you needed to hear. She’s also a calm presence and helps you gain skills to learn more about yourself and be kinder to yourself.
Hillary has already helped me through so much in our short time since I started with her. She’s very receptive and validating, but will also communicate the hard things I need to hear and has helped me find new ways to cope with my anxiety. Every session, I have left feeling much lighter than when I arrived.
