Trusted this shop for a repair based on AAA's recommendation and online reviews but they do not live up to their alleged reputation. Took me multiple trips back and forth to have them make my car looking somewhat decent - which to this day, still isn't repaired to my liking. The first time they returned the car it had a ton of paint flaws (debris and orange peel). Even when I explained that it didn't look right, they tried to downplay it off like it wasn't a huge deal. They did an excellent job on the driver mirror replacement and paint touch up, on our Ford F250 white Super Duty. The even cleaned the inside of the truck! Work done as promised. Great service! Highly recommend!

I’m giving this place a two star because of my experience I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and I’ve had numerous cars repaired, but my wife’s Volvo was done subpar orange peel on the paint. They told me they were gonna buffet. They did not it was as if they painted dust specs into the paint When I went back to have it buffed they said it didn’t require it blah blah blah blah blah I will be moving on from H&R body from here on out, but I don’t think it’s the same Reputation today.
