Our house always smelled stale, especially after running the AC for a few hours. The technicians explained that dust and bacteria were building up in the ducts. They carried out a deep cleaning and sanitization, followed by coil and blower cleaning. They also recommended installing a UV light system, which we agreed to. The stale smell disappeared immediately, and the house actually has a “clean” scent now, like after a big spring cleaning. It’s amazing how much of a difference duct cleaning can make to overall comfort.
James came over for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning last week. Our laundry was taking way too long to dry, and the lint buildup he showed me was a fire hazard! He cleaned the blower and furnace as well, and I noticed the house heating more evenly after that. We also had a UV light installation done to help with air quality. James was respectful, tidy, and clearly experienced. I didn't expect to feel such a big difference right away, but it was noticeable. Great job.
Friendly, professional, completed the job efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't ask for more!
