I CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY. TRIED BOTH EMAIL AND PHONE. THEY SHIPPED A PART THEY CROSS REFERNCED THAT IS NOT THE RIGHT PART. IT IS AN EXPENSIVE PART AND I NEED TO RETURN IT . I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 5 DAYS
They have had a lawnmower of mine for a few months and have never called to tell me if it is fixed. I have left a few messages and no return phone call.

Ms Williams was answered via email on 6/27 at 1:52 pm CST. Her order was also shipped out the same day. There are times we can answer and email immediately with a response regarding at ETA on a part. However the vendor on this particular brand is not one that answers quickly. As soon as I had an answer which happened to be that the part was to be delivered to us that day, I answered Ms Williams. Never have any parts to anything in stock..5th time I've been here to try for parts will be the last. I go to Atwood's and even Walmart and find parts but not here.
They did not have The Parts I needed. common parts, nothing special. The parts were ordered and they said they would call me when they come in. I called a couple times the first week and got an answering machine which stated that missed calls would be returned within 24 hours. Left messages, never heard back. Showed up Friday, No Parts. I have been waiting on a part from these people over two weeks. Their customer service blows! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE NOR DO THEY ANSWER EMAILS. HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST RETAILERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! CANCELLING ORDER AND REORDERING FROM REPUTABLE RETAILER.
Can't give a 1/2 star otherwise I would have! Lowest price by far online on their website Lawnmowerpros,com for an attachment for my garden tractor....shipping was only $35ish! Fast forward 2 weeks, still no attachment! I left 3 voicemails, no return phone calls. AVOID!!! They advertise one price then a day or 2 after you pay they increase the price! It happened to me. Save the grief! My worst online purchase ever! Don't order from these folks. Read other reviews on other sites!
