Sadly, my experience has been the same as others. Ten days after the order was acknowledged (via email) and a pending charge was made to my credit card, there has been no further communication with H&H (lawnmowerpros.com). I've left phone messages four times (because they don't answer) and requested an order status via email twice. No response. I finally sent another email to cancel my order and notified my credit card company to report the fraudulent charge.

shoot...i am having the same problems. no way to contact them. its been a good while and no emails...no reponse. no product. i may have to cancel credit card payment. wish i wouldve read the reviews first.....

I ordered a snow blower part a week ago. As soon as I clicked on the order form the form disappeared/sent and I received no e-mail conformation of the order so I called, got answering machine, left message. Sent e-mail to them, no response. To make this story short, I have called and e-mailed 5 more times each! No Response. My bank has the order still in the processing stage and I'm trying to stop payment. My husband ordered a product. An error occurred on the website. I tried to contact them. No response. No verification the order had been made. Next day, he ordered the product again. An error occurred again. I tried to contact them via the website, email, and phone. Contacted my credit card company who said two charges are pending. I called and requested that the order be cancelled via voice mail. Again, no contact. Then, I (wife in this situation) then called numerous times. I sent them two e-mails last week seeking information for a part I desperately needed and have yet to receive a reply. I was logged into the lawnmowerspro.com website (which is this company). Thank goodness I did not try to order the part without the confirming information I needed. So I looked elsewhere and got what I needed. This company really needs to work on customer service. I will not be doing any business with them going forward.

It is now SEVEN WEEKS since I placed the order and the ONLY substantial communication I have had since then is the email below. I have sent 5 emails following yours and all I received was a form email saying someone would respond. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. I have also left 4 phone messages.
