Reliable. Friendly. Receptive to special requests for scheduling or add-on tasks. Quick response time for phone calls or texts. Careful to not damage landscape plants, and they don’t leave a mess (blow off the walkways, sidewalk and through clean-up of cut grass from lawn). We are familiar with Cruishanks, Widders, Affordable Lawncare, and LoMar; H&A has done the work we have been the happiest with over more than a decade of yard maintenance inquiries & assistance.
Not happy with the service. Paying a step price for people who don't show up on time and do the things that are asked of them. Owner had agreed to spray for weeds and 3 weeks later still weeds. Very disappointed. Needs to have better supervision on what his people are doing. Needs to have people who can adjust sprinkler clocks to compensate for changes in weather and conditions.
