Very disappointed. As a small local business I like to give my business locally and that will not be happening again. They installed a wiring a harness for my plow, said if there’s any issues they’ll have to diagnose it and it’ll be additional cost to repair which is fine. Then called to say it doesn’t work and there not working on it anymore come pick it up and there at 7 hours into it for $1100+, not a single solenoid or switch was mounted so I’m not sure how that 7 hours of labor was judgedz now my headlights don’t work a... read more
To accept a truck and hold it for a week then tell me you’re not gonna be able to look at it for another two weeks is unacceptable. Since your business is overbooked and delayed, it should cause another BUSINESS to have a week delay and a truck just sit in your parking lot without you taking a look at it to diagnose. When I called you, you should’ve given me the opportunity to bring it to another shop for a quicker service not just take the truck and sit on it for a week. Very disappointed.
