Terrible treatment of people. Back in February I was in a pretty bad accident. My car was towed to this place. After a couple of weeks of recovering, I called to see what I need to do to settle and get my stuff back. I was lectured on calling earlier, and he just assumed I wasn’t going to pay him. Big mistake. He told me he would call me back on Monday because they were closed. I never received a phone call back. Terrible customer service. The man is very rude. Tow company out to make money and have no care for their customers. Added fees that were unnecessary and would not own up to them. I suppose that they need the money more than us, going to report to better business bureau.
