I’d been craving AYCE bbq, and I was reminded of how much I loved going to Gyu-Kaku back when I lived in LA. It had been a couple of years since my last visit, so I checked their menus online and was happy to see they still offer AYCE, happy hour deals, à la carte options, and lunch specials. Even when there are only four people in the place, you’re still left waiting. I had to wait over 10 minutes just to get my credit card back that’s not just a delay, it’s a remarkable lack of service. There’s simply no excuse for this level of inattentiveness.

I am so disappointed with the receptionist. She is very rude and not welcoming. She shouldn't be in front greeting guests. Her name is "SHERLYN". If you hate your job that much, then you shouldn't work there!! She shouldn't be interacting guests. But other than that server and the food was great!
