I’ve done a lot of body work types of classes including Pilates and Barre, yoga, etc. Gyrotronics is by far the most effective form of exercise for movement, balance, strengthening and limbering. And Vincent is knowledgeable but so approachable, dedicated to his craft and fun!! I adore this studio.
I've been taking gyrotonic and gyrokinesis classes from this studio for over 10 years. Gyrotonics/Gyrokinesis is a combo workout influenced by dance, swimming, yoga, PT, weightlifting, etc. It's goal is to help tone and stretch the body, reduce injury, and improve spinal motion. I have been a client of Gyrotonic Seattle for 25 years! I go twice a week. I'm now 86 years old but it has really helped me to maintain my mobility, balance and body movement. Vincent, the owner, is an outstanding instructor -- and fun too! Highly recommended.
Began Gyrotonic at this studio 20+ years ago, to recover from a baseball related shoulder injury. Now, at age 80, no longer playing baseball, but still come in twice per week. Strength, mobility, balance and range of motion -- my fountain of youth. Appreciate the serious yet good humored studio vibes and thoughtful training guidance. Owner/trainer Vincent is a gem.
