I have been working with Nathalie for several years. I'm a 74-year-old woman who had never done any formal exercise beyond running and walking. I love Nathalie’s sessions! She is deeply knowledgeable on the different disciplines that she offers and knows how to combine them in a very smart, personalized and safe way. I have learn so much with her about proper alignment and healthy ways to keep my body in shape! I am amazed by how no matter the deep level of knowledge and awareness that she has about the body, she keeps studying and perfecting her work. Such a gift!
