Nathalie is the most amazing trainer I have ever worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and an expert in so many modalities. She keeps the training interesting, fun and challenging every session. I’m currently working with her three days a week and I look forward to my training every time. My body has transformed since working with her and I’m in the best shape of my life at 42.
I have been working with Nathalie for several years. I'm a 74-year-old woman who had never done any formal exercise beyond running and walking. When we started we did Gyrotonics and some Pilates, and it was great because Nathalie is so knowledgeable and intentional about everything we do.
