Boulder- you are lucky to have Gyrotonic Bodhi in your backyard! The wonderful staff is diverse and highly trained, the studio is beautiful with all the equipment you could ever dream of and they offer classes 7 days a week- and they never cancel them like other studios.

What a beautiful studio! Took my first ever Gyrotonic class with Jennifer and absolutely loved it. Her hands-on adjustments helped me through a very challenging class that left me feeling great for ballet afterwards.
