The instructors are amazing!
This is a great studio. I've been going there for the past several years. The owner, Jen and the instructors there are great -- very experienced and effective. The studio is very welcoming with a friendly atmosphere and all experience levels are welcome. Highly recommend it!
This place completely messed my neck up, after just one session. I haven't been able to drive safely because I can barely turn my neck to the left or right. It's been in pain for a month and even after 6 therapists worked on it, there is no relief in sight. Beware.

Have worked with Kerstin Childs for private sessions for the past few months. She has gotten me ready to do the group sessions which I started this week. I don't think I will ever stop Gyrotonics now that I have seen the results.
Gyrotonic Bodhi has been a life saver! I came in dealing with a serious hip injury barely walking without pain and not only am I feeling better, but I've never felt this good in my life! Jen, the owner, is the kindest most lovely person you will ever meet. The entire staff is amazing! It is such a sweet community of people and such a safe haven.
