The lady that answered the phone today at 8pm. She deserves a round of applause!! She was informative, joyful, and genuinely likes her job. WOW 10/10.
Not only is the food amazing but the PEOPLE are amazing!!! The expectation of courteous customer service with a smile is far too basic for them. Every interaction i have with them is a pleasantly surprising experience often punctuated by a whimsical rhyme, word play. I dont know if they choose to communicate like this because they prioritize customer experience and impactful interactions or if this is the way the answer their phone at home.
