EJ was fantastic — we picked up our Mazda CX-9 from him, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Erick also helped us before the sale and was just as great. There was zero pressure, just genuine help walking us through the negotiation with the team. Couldn’t recommend them more. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to get a car for my parents. Every time I take my car for a oil change they take off the tires to do a break test. I recently realized they didn't put on the spare nuts cause the damaged the special.key to put on the nuts. I went to Gyro Mazda today they said they use their own key to unlock the nuts. They are saying they will not take any responsibility. Gyro Mazda accused me taking my car else where. One of the most annoying dealership I have ever visited. You receive incredible amount of calls to sell your car, upgrade it, get new interest despite telling them not to call or keep blocking their numbers. I no longer take my car to them and blocked every single number possible. Do NOT visit if you wish to remain peaceful during the day!
