The salon is beautiful inside, Kamala was super kind and positive. However, I got to my car after the appointment and was shocked at how much length she took off and how choppy it appeared. I straightened it at home and was pretty disappointed with how the layers looked like a staircase. The owner emailed me and offered me a refund. I tried to email her back to arrange a time I could come in with my schedule. My emails wouldn’t go through but I was pleased that she offered to resolve the issue. Changed my star rating.

I straightened it at home and was pretty disappointed with how the layers look like a staircase. I waited 1 & 1/2 months for this haircut as I hadn’t got my hair cut in years. It was overdue. Such a beautiful salon! Love the atmosphere created here. The stylist was super amazing with my toddler for her bang trim. Excited for my little one to look forward to coming here for her hair cuts :)

I tried Gypsy wild today and I'm amazed and happy, Chauntelle dealt with my thick, dull, boring hair and I left after the haircut with my natural curls back, shiny hair and a happy . The salon looks amazing, I found my new hair salon
