I ordered a tapestry on the 22nd of Janurary and it still hasn't arrived, (over 2 weeks) also by emailing for a tracking number shortly after ordering, i have had no reply, also emailing about the lateness of my order i have had no word back. very unhappy :( as im in the UK and a student, calling would be too expensive at this moment in time

Have ordered from them for years, but this year they failed to get a Christmas gift to us on time, even though we ordered by their cutoff date. Even this would not have made me stop liking the company, but the email I received will have me never going back. I asked for a tracking number, which most other companies give to begin with, and somebody emailed me back with one. I checked up a few days later, worried about the shipment, to have a man question that somebody ever gave me a tracking number. It was insulting, and rude.... read more
