Best company ever!!I ordered a backpack and the embroidered peace sign was, unfortunately, upside down!I sent an email to customer service and they immediately sent out a new backpack for me! They even sent a free tapestry with it which was so unnecessary but much appreciated! I will definitely keep on ordering from Gypsy Rose! They're top notch!
