Megan is an incredible hair stylist and salon owner! She is focused, pays attention to detail, and is reliable. The salon is so cute with great customer service ( delicious hot cider if you want!). I trust her 100% with my hair and IBE extensions -- she is good at listening to concerns and problem solving and making sure Im happy with my hair. Unacceptable experience with Chantal. I found the $100+ haircut and experience not in keeping with what is advertised. She desperately was lacking in professionalism, human decency and skill set: my hair is still visibly uneven and she burned my neck with the flat iron and didn’t apologize or attempt to cool it. She really went for some knowingly tone-deaf, low key ableist and out of pocket comments regarding my medical disability and because I was wearing a mask to protect my health.
