I’ve had a wonderful experience with Megan - she is a thoughtful business owner Who is constantly looking to improve the overall salon experience in addition to being an excellent stylist in her own right. This is a great place to go for high-quality cut and color services with a very pleasant, relaxed and cared for experience.
Going to Gypsy and Oak Salon is like going to a retreat “far from the maddening crowd”. When I moved to SLO my first priority was to find a hair salon that I felt comfortable and confident in. From my first appointment I knew I was in the right place. Megan is very attentive to what I want done and gives me suggestions when needed. I highly recommend Gypsy and Oak and especially Megan!
Megan and her assistant Taylor have been absolutely amazing in my hair journey! They’ve aided in healing my hair & given me my confidence back. Their extension technique and advice was beyond my expectations. They provided me with insight & helped me choose the best fit for ME and not what will sell our endless convos are the best way to add to our appointments!! forever a gypsy & oak girl!!!
Megan at Gypsy & Oak Salon did a wonderful job with my hair. I went in for a consultation prior to having her work her magic on me. She listened to everything I said and did a perfect job on my hair. I got extensions as much of my hair had fallen out due to a disease I have. She matched it perfectly and listened to what I wanted. I highly recommend the stylists at Gypsy & Oak! And love the brown sugar oatmilk latte I get at every visit!
Had my second extensions maintenance appointment today, which means I’ve been living with my extensions for about three or four months now. And I couldn’t be happier! I’ve never had easy hair and have always had to spend way too much time every day trying to get it to look decent. Getting extensions was the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair and my sanity!
