I'm never shopping here again it's not my fault that they got my order wrong but I have a screenshot of my order they gave me a completely different one and she offered no way to change it and I'm absolutely disgusted I asked for a bag I wasn't given one I'm never showing up at the store again whoever owns this store needs to have their license removed I do not deserve to be treated like this
Disgusted. I cannot take hybrid concentrates. I SPECIFIED india, was given the wrong product then told I cannot replace it. I am filing a complaint with the LCB right now.....Just submitted. These people have no business being open whatsoever. Nice way to treat the community and your vets

They ripped me off for 3 pre rolls, then told me I got what I paid for, when I went directly back inside to report missing product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! USE GREEN LADY WEST OLYMPIA!!
