I knew immediately NOT to make an appointment here from the way I was treated on the phone line. The lady Diane was super rude. She answered the phone and immediately put me on hold, she came back and asked me for my first name and asked the reason for my call put me on another hold right after, and then came back on the line and asked me for my social???
