I waited 6 weeks for a new patient appointment. I left my home at 6:45 am to get there by 8 to do my paperwork for new patient appointment at 8:30. At 9 am I am told that all appointments that day have to be rescheduled. I had just signed paperwork saying if I missed an appointment I would be charged an exorbitant fee. I had taken the day off work and drove 2.5 hours round trip to be dismissed 30 minutes after my appointment. Do I get to charge a missed appointment fee?!?! LIVID!!!
Good Evening! My wife is a little upset, because my she found out today 7/17/2023 that Dr.Susan Westerlund is no longer with the office. My wife really liked Dr.Susan Westerlund because she was a amazing, friendly, and pleasant doctor. I hope she can find another doctor just as good as Dr.Westerlund.

Dr. Westerlund has been my doctor since I moved to Columbus, and has always provided excellent care. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions, and always makes sure that I feel comfortable and informed. Called to get an appointment. Was asked what insurance I had. Was told they are not accepting new patients with Medicare. Shows on her website Medicare and mediaide accepted. They should change their website.
