Dr. Farr was friendly, professional, and focused on me during my appointment. The staff in this office continue to make me feel welcome and are very efficient.
they don't return your call after you leave a message. calling to see where I’m gonna have my baby at when is my next appointment I can’t even get through at this point. I’m just over this place. Not that great of customer service
The kindness and empathy in this office extends from Dr. Brown to the front desk, nurses and techs. Specifically during a recent health scare Michelle and Cindy treated me patiently on the phone and in the office, making sure I got answers and further testing was correctly scheduled. Dr. Brown called me personally on two different occasions. I work in healthcare and know what it is like to be pulled in different directions with insurance, pharmacies, and referrals. Every experience I had at this office was lovely; I have been a patient with them since the beginning of my pregnancy back in June 2024. I've NEVER had a rude nurse, inattentive doctor or problems with scheduling. Dr. Jennifer Hendricks is who delivered my baby girl in January 2025, and I would recommend her to anyone, she is truly a ray of sunshine! I would recommend anyone to this office, the doctors and nursing staff truly care about you and your needs!
