I have very mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, I have been dealing with medical issue for over a decade, Dr. Pham and Dr. Renatus Were the first to take it seriously and actually Meditate me and try to solve the issue. On the other hand administratively this place sucks. They never answer the phone, when you leave a voicemail they don’t process your request or return your voicemail. I am currently pregnant with my first and I cannot express how incredible this office has been for me. I am a transfer from another OB (who I won't go into detail about) but basically with what I went through there I ended up dreading my prenatal appointments, at 18 weeks I finally decided to search elsewhere and GOOD accepted me as a patient. very unaccommodating . waiting room empty was running a bit late for my appointment 15 mins to be exact and I was refused. In this climate you never know what patients are going through there was no accommodation to see the doctor and was told to either go to a far away location or wait 2 mos to get another appointment. also my appt was mid day. this is why people go without seeing doctors until it’s too late!
Great experience as a first time patient at the Decatur location! I saw Dr. Jennifer Hendricks who was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive! The nurse and front office staff were also really great! Wait times were not long and office was spacious and clean.
