Normally I don’t write reviews or give star ratings like this, but today I feel I have to. I am extremely frustrated with the experience I had today. Honestly, if it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. I have never had a bad experience with the doctors or nurses at this office, but the people working at the front desk for customer service were very unprofessional and showed no courtesy at all. They are really nice and helpful. Dr. Amanda Pham is great. Been going here for a few years, one for IUD removal (which didn’t hurt and was fast) and other times for birth control consultation. Though it is getting to be a far drive for me I still like it. I recommend going here for your needs. Though since I don’t have an IUD anymore I probably will have to go to a PCP instead so I get my wellness done at the same time, unless I decide to get IUD insertion at a different time I will choose this place
Everyone we talk to has recommended this place and I see why. The staff is personable and professional. Keysha has been a pleasure and has taken great care of my wife.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! From my very first prenatal appointment, the experience was seamless. If you are looking for a team that combines high-level medical care with genuine compassion, look no further. They turned what could have been a stressful nine months into a confident and supported journey. Keysha and the staff she manages have been nothing short of exceptional. I loved that I got to meet with all the doctors on the team
Keysha is amazing! She has been extremely supportive and taken time to answer all my questions. If you want to have the best care make sure you ask for her.
