Highly recommend Dr. Brown and her team! Kyesha got straight to the point and started asking helpful questions the second she called me back. Dr. Brown herself was a wonderful surprise—not what I expected, but a great mystery to solve! She is extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, she actually listens to you. Thank you for the amazing experience.
Was treated very rudely/disrespectfully by one of the welcome clinical staff members who took my vitals within the first 10 minutes of me being there. There was a misunderstanding about the services that were being done that day because I was a new patient, and when I expressed my concerns, she had a bad attitude and basically told me I could leave if I wasn't happy. Dr Bowen is the most caring and knowledgeable GYN and the nurses ate patient and often funny! Makes my appt something to look forward to!
Kyesha was AMAZING!!! She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and her kindness truly stood out. She was so patient and caring the entire time.
Normally I don’t write reviews or give star ratings like this, but today I feel I have to. I am extremely frustrated with the experience I had today. Honestly, if it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. I have never had a bad experience with the doctors or nurses at this office, but the people working at the front desk for customer service were very unprofessional and showed no courtesy at all.
