Was treated very rudely/disrespectfully by one of the welcome clinical staff members who took my vitals within the first 10 minutes of me being there. There was a misunderstanding about the services that were being done that day because I was a new patient, and when I expressed my concerns, she had a bad attitude and basically told me I could leave if I wasn't happy. Dr Bowen is the most caring and knowledgeable GYN and the nurses ate patient and often funny! Makes my appt something to look forward to!
Kyesha was AMAZING!!! She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and her kindness truly stood out. She was so patient and caring the entire time.
Normally I don’t write reviews or give star ratings like this, but today I feel I have to. I am extremely frustrated with the experience I had today. Honestly, if it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. I have never had a bad experience with the doctors or nurses at this office, but the people working at the front desk for customer service were very unprofessional and showed no courtesy at all. They are really nice and helpful. Dr. Amanda Pham is great. Been going here for a few years, one for IUD removal (which didn’t hurt and was fast) and other times for birth control consultation. Though it is getting to be a far drive for me I still like it. I recommend going here for your needs. Though since I don’t have an IUD anymore I probably will have to go to a PCP instead so I get my wellness done at the same time, unless I decide to get IUD insertion at a different time I will choose this place
