I can not adequately put into words how comforting and helpful Nurse Brandie and Emily Hutchison, PA were when I was calling the office/on-call line for guidance and reassurance after a very scary emergency surgery and co-infection that occurred within another healthcare system. I have called ~20 times over 3 weeks at various times during business hours to schedule an appointment, all to no avail. I went in person and was told I had to call to schedule since I was “a new patient” (note: I’m not a new patient. I’m following their own new guidelines for a pap every 3-5 years. Am I going to be “a new patient” playing this fun game every single time?)

Dr. Bangura was excellent. She was friendly and her nursing staff was also kind and thorough listening to all my concerns. She gave me a thorough explanation and overview and did not go right into surgical options. Refreshing!

I had been trying to find OBGYN offices/providers with more experience with endometriosis and was lead to here. I appreciate the compassion and understanding I was shown today by the provider I saw, we now have a plan to help manage my symptoms without putting me through another surgery and I am feeling a lot more positive! Thank you!
