I don’t normally complain or get upset with a mistake. This was an enormous failure by a number of people in this facility. My son was referred because of ongoing issues. We were unable to get in to see Rheumatology at Dartmouth due to shortage and doctors unable to see new patients. We were referred by Seacoast orthopedics and were grateful they had added more doctors to rheumatology.This was in December. They called and scheduled for April. Finally!! The patient care at this location is severely lacking. Always have to leave messages and can never speak with someone. My MRI has been delayed for months due to their negligence with paperwork. While doctors Janjua and Ippilito have good reputations and personable care, getting any treatment from their care is impossible with the delays and carelessness due to the disorganization of this organization. Family members and I have seen both Mendoza and Bhengali and both couldn't be more useless. Not all docs are created equal. Some graduate in the bottom 50% and their opinions can't be trusted. Off to Orthopedics for an actual real medical opinion. I will never go back to this office or these "doctors ". Unwilling to aquire imagery when arthritis is already present in hands, spine, and knees? Confirmed by other doctors? Oh really, everybody over 30 has arthritis huh? I have experienced excellent care and concern for my well-being. The office staff are great as well as my Dr. and his nurses. I have always experienced promt and friendly service. Dr.Bangle and his staff are The Bomb!
