The worst. Made an appointment at 10a with Dr. Kaplan. Very sketchy neighborhood. My appointment was set for 10a. It’s 10:45a and doctor kaplan has not shown up for work yet. His staff have complained to me he “does this all the time” and “has no respect for them or the patients.” I wondered why he had so much availability in short notice.

I saw a doctor in this office in October 2022. I was overcharged for my multiple appointments since then despite my explanation of my insurance coverage. I have been back and forth with them on the phone with no success despite multiple claims and proofs, including discussions with my insurance that confirmed their overcharge. After sending all of the documents, the nurse claimed they would get me my reimbursement by March 3rd. The Best Gyno experience I’ve ever had. Very informative down to the very detail. Bedside matter was great. I felt so comfortable and able to open up about all the symptoms. The Ultrasound Technician was amazing too. I’m so glad I found this place after my last experience which was awful, uncomfortable, and impersonal.

This is the worst experience with any doctor i’ve ever had. There is no direct number to the office they only have a phone line that connects you to a random receptionist who has no access to your records and can’t answer any questions I’ve called multiple times asking for my records and they consistently ignore and there’s no way to get in contact with the doctor.
