they never answer their phones
Dr. Glover is knowledgeable but the operations needs a complete revamp. Lack of timely communication and very difficult to get a hold of. The front desk lady was rude and unempathic which is a shame in the health care field. My girlfriend had a mammogram with 2 concerning spots needing paperwork to do a biopsy with Simonmed. This office has been slow at responding and their online portal doesn't work so I went to the office on my gf's behalf since she had to work. Ms. Holton is a kind, outgoing, highly-qualified professional who always takes an active interest in her patients. She is easy to talk to—someone you would keep talking with if you were in a coffee shop instead of a doctor’s office. I feel seen and heard.
