I recently completed my annual wellness exam and Pap smear at this office and was seen by Nurse Practitioner Lena Holton. She was exceptionally thorough, professional, and genuinely focused on patient care. Lena created an environment where I felt comfortable discussing details of my life that were relevant to my health. They are not reliable for appointments i made an appointment for a telehealth to just go over bloodwork and a mammogram and they don’t call you!!!! Their office is impossible to get ahold of it just goes to voicemail i don’t recommend them

As a person who had a pep smear for the first time and I didn’t know there were different sizes of the speculum’s. The GYN doctor didn’t mention any sizes so when she had opened me , it was painful.. and when I looked up, there was a student there which she never mentioned, so I felt extremely embarrassed.
