Having been training with Pamela at Trans Canada and she is awesome! I have notice a difference in my overall strength, and fitness after training sessions with her. I am sad to be leaving our training sessions as I am moving out of town. If you want an awesome trainer that adapts exercises to suit your needs I recommend Pamela!

The new front desk hire is rude and kept talking to her friend while I was trying to check in. She was not helping me and allowed other people to enter using the old system, while not letting me enter because I had to use the "new system," which she took her sweet time to actually explain to me. Unclear instructions, rude, and an overall waste of my time. I was very upset. Usually, the workers are very kind and helpful, but this was unacceptable.
