For the most part, I had very few issues with this gym, except for my encounters with Trevor Portsmouth. He was very condescending to both staff and customers, and I believe he should undergo management training. I had two encounters with him where he approached me for no reason, which discouraged me from continuing to come to this gym. As a result, I will be looking for a new gym.
I love this gym. The lady at the front desk knows my name and says good morning every day with a smile and awesome attitude. Positive vibes here. Awesome, well-kept equipment. Love going to yoga every week as well.
