I live in the area and train here frequently. The gym is always really clean, organized (no weights laying around) and I rarely have to wait for equipment because they have so many options. I want to specifically praise the staff, they are super friendly and very helpful (shout out to the staff member who literally helped me take apart a stair climber to retrieve my air pod that fell into it).

Rude managers. Especially that Bruce guy. Not a welcoming person at all. Made me uncomfortable. Front staff is embarrassing. Just a bunch of teenagers chatting who have no idea what they’re doing, taking up space. Used to be better before whatever changed. Will be finding service elsewhere.

I trained here for just one day while visiting the area, and I was really impressed! The gym is super clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and made me feel right at home, even as a day-pass guest. If I lived nearby, I’d definitely become a regular. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a solid workout spot!

This gym handled a situation with shocking unfairness and clear bias. They made assumptions without taking the time to hear both sides of the story, showing a complete lack of professionalism. It's deeply disappointing to see a business treat people this way, especially one that should prioritize fairness, communication, and community.
