Steam room and showers smell strongly like mildew and I can see mold growth. No drainage I can see in showers. Left towels and clothes smelling as such. Obviously in need of maintenance and more thorough cleaning.
I hope this helps someone! Be prepared to give up the rights to your first born child when you want to cancel. My membership was only monthly and they STILL charged me to leave.. right after also charging an "annual fee" on TOP of the monthly membership price.. watch out. It should never be difficult or expensive to cancel a membership.
irresponsible staff and deceitful customers! I didn't know the woman who made the contract terminated me after a month even though I had paid for the whole year's membership. The contract termination date was 10/16 but on 10/11 I was asked by another woman at the counter for the money and I bluntly replied that I still had a few days left to pay. And again it was annoying when just a few days after I paid $50 for 4 weeks, another woman informed me that my contract had terminated and I was not allowed in the gym, they called ... read more
Worst customer service and can't even provide drinking water. So if there's a water shortage pay 5 $ for a bottle of water because management is cheap and can't provide proper service during this time. And on top of it deleting my last review because I exposed them. Great job gymmvt North Hill only. The one in Calgary place has the best customer service and they are so humble
