Very disappointing experience. I cancelled my membership on February 12 after confirming multiple times that I could still cancel that day without being charged. Despite those assurances, I was charged anyway. When I contacted GYMVMT, they apologized, admitted the error, and assured me that my money would be refunded. I’ve had an excellent experience at GymVMT Clareview. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a great workout. The staff are welcoming, professional, and genuinely care about helping members reach their fitness goals. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating, and it’s a great place for beginners and experienced lifters alike.
