Very happy with Gympie Veterinary Services. They were extremely accommodating with out emergency on a Sunday and very compassionate. Definitely reccomend!
So disappointed and upset with Gympie Veterinary Services today I just drove over 400kms today to get an allergy injection for my little dog and we are turned away and refused treatment because I arrive 13min late! They have kept me waiting for far longer than that on each visit My little dog is red raw on the tummy and chest and they didn’t even inquire about the urgency of the visit We were wellness members too If I could give negative stars I would Bad service rude receptionist and heartless behaviour ! Barrett and Emily did everything they could for Rosie and she has recovered well. They were both so very caring kind and very professional. Explaining very well what we needed to do They did everything required in the back of our car so as not to disturb Rosie too much which was great Thank you both very much
More than 2 weeks after having a vet at our farm and being told our $300 deposit covered the 20 minute interaction, we receive SMS message from GVS stating we owe them more than half of the deposit, just a few days before new years
Thankyou to the team at Gympie Veterinary Services for their incredible kind and professional care in looking after my much loved cat. The weekend appointment availability was also really helpful. I truely felt that my vet was sincerely interested in my cat and provided excellent diagnosis and the ability to extend the time left with my boy for which I’m Incredibly grateful. I highly recommend Gympie Veterinary Services. They are a true asset for the Gympie Region.
