I cannot recommend Dr Emily enough! I have an extremely anxious kelpie and Dr Emily is always so patient with him, she doesn’t rush the appointment and she takes her time with him! She listens to all of my concerns and provides me with so much information! The reception team especially Alice is just the best! I cannot recommend you guys enough!!
I recently brought my puppy in who had a paralysis tick, I didn’t have an appointment and was expecting to have to wait. The girls brought us straight through and seen a vet straight away. The service from both the vets and the girls at the front was immaculate.. Thankyou so much! Gods work ✨✨
My little chihuahua had been shaking his head for about 4 weeks. I didn't know the issue initially, thought it my have been his collar, allergy etc. The head shaking got worse so I booked an appointment for the next day, Sunday. Excellent and caring service. My poor little dog had carpet fibres in one ear (from a long haired rug a girlfriend had given me 4 weeks ago). Will highly recommend this vet clinic.
I can't recommend this vet highly enough. I had an emergency with one of the holiday dogs I was caring for after my regular vet had already closed for the day. They referred me here, and after reading the excellent Google reviews, I gave them a call. Even though it was late, they fit us in straight away with a 6:30 pm appointment and saw Kai immediately.
