Friendly, helpful staff but a larger product range would be nice.
Staff just chatting and laughing @ the counter unhelpful, walked around for 30 min looking to buy electric tools..prices missing on items ..no help what so ever..just a shumozzle..they would jump all over you couple years ago when Bunnings came to town ..Now back to there old ways again hopeless!!..Bunnings got My $$spondoolah $$in the end!!
The customer service here is pathetic. We could have wandered around the store for hours without being aknowlaged by the staff; they would much rather talk to each other than any of their customers. In any other store someone comes up to you and asks how you're doing and if you need assistance multiple times when visiting their store, or at the very least, greet you at the doors.
