Great service and timely responses to all my questions. Dealing with the branch and Chris was a pleasure.
Had a soft tonneau cover put on my ute and after a while it started getting loose and the pop rivets breaking. Being Gympie almost 100kms distance from me, I took a while to get it fixed (don’t use the tray that much either) Went back with the cover still under warranty to get it fixed, got charged $80 and it only made the trip back home… my tonneau cover is now useless I’m very disappointed with the product and more with the customer service I’ve had
