The team at all levels are simply brilliant. Thanks for your compassion and service for a few of my recent visits. Shoutout to the person that runs this operation, it’s a well oiled machine.
I needed to book 2 ultrasounds immediately. Gympie is currently flooded with appointments, but they recommended and gave me the Cooroy mobile number directly. And I got in with Cooroy Radiology, the next day! I appreciate it so much. And the receptionist was extremely nice and polite.
I have recently had appointments at Gympie Radiology and from the time you walk in the front door you are made to feel at ease. All the staff that work there are great to get along with. Nothing is a problem to them. My partner went there and had checks on his heart and he said that the staff were excellent to get along with. They all made sure you were comfortable and you could talk to them. He had a really great experience going there. He couldn’t recommend them for what they did highly enough.
I have had a few appointments at Gympie Radiology over the years and every one was a positive experience. All staff members I've encountered have been very helpful, friendly & professional, both at reception & "behind the scenes". I'm very thankful to have this awesome health service in (what is sometimes considered) a rural area.
Gympie radiology has a wonderful team - from the reception staff to the radiographers. Always helpful, caring, friendly and very professional. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. A big Thank you to ALL.
