We bought a couple of new machines here and have had them and others serviced. Easy-going staff, helpful and knowledgeable.

Yardworx Gympie did a service and blade replacement on my Cub Cadet. Great customer service booking it in, excellent communication in relation to issues they found and what they did to my mower and reasonable rates. This was my 150 hours service and it is actually running better now then it did when it was new. Michael listened to me and fixed the issues I had, this is rare these days unfortunately. Very happy customer, thanks heaps guys.
This is for the top end management not a review on the staff at the outlets. Yardworx assessed my existing mower and provided a formal quote specifying a trade-in value of $28,000 against the purchase of a new mower. After receiving the quote, i found the mower they were offering was available elsewhere at a materially lower price.
