The car is great, still waiting for towbar tongue eight weeks now, also didn't do my rego correctly, last conversation was "don't call us, we'll call you" that was three weeks ago.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the sales people at this dealership. We spoke with a salesman regarding a Subaru we had test driven. The next morning we accepted a deal and agreed to drive up to take a final test drive and pay the deposit once I had finished work, and in the space of two hours from making the call and agreeing to the deal and us arriving at the dealership, they sold the car to someone else. Our experience from first contact to delivery purchasing a new Ford was excellent and easy. Brad and Zac put a compelling deal on the table. Delivery was smooth and we were welcomed (and not left acknowledged like some dealers) by all staff we met. Highly recommend Gympie Ford.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Gympie Motors. After driving from Brisbane to Gympie to inspect a $63,000 used Ford Mustang, only 12,000kms, I noticed dirt marks on the seats and requested the vehicle be detailed before collection - a reasonable request for such a significant purchase.
