Bought a brand new car 3 months ago from GMG Kia. I'm apalled with both the sale and treatment of my car since then. In the show room one of the lights didn't work and it had 2 paint imperfections. I was told tell them at the 3 month 'peace of mind check'. Today I took my car in for the 3 month check and when I picked it up, I was mortified!! Mechanic hands all over the roof where they checked my light and found a mechanical fault and will have to order a part, scuff marks all over my door and trim. Told I will have to get a... read more

I would seriously think twice on purchasing a used vehicle from this group. Apparently they are under no government obligation to do a safety check on your spacer tyre so they don't, mine was 5 years out of date when I purchased this car and was not informed upon purchase that it needed to be replaced. Doesn't help when you are on the side of the road with a flat tyre, have no duty of care to you or anyone else on the road.
