Sales department are good, service department is not. Booked a car in and advised I wanted it back at certain time, was not ready on time. Also they did not have a cabin filter and did not know when they would get them in. I bought one on Amazon and installed myself. Still waiting (2 months now) for a call back about getting a part replaced under warranty. I call and told will get a call back which never happens. The terrible service from the Service department is enough to want to go out of town next time to get a new car. ... read more

Unhappy. I booked about 3 weeks in advance for 5/11 at 10 am to be finished at 1.30pm. Email confirmation was correct but their system said 10/11. So when we arrived they pushed us to the back of the queue and we got the car at 4pm, last one of the day! No excuses, no trying to get our car ready earlier.
