Was so excited to pull the trigger and get a van today or tomorrow . Rang with a very reasonable offer cut through the usual dance . Got met with will call u back this arvo about the offer I made . we prefer bank deposit which takes 4 days so me saying I can pay cash . Basically was met with the most mid / detracting sales communication.I hope Jacob the salesperson can find his true passion in life cause it’s not in selling cars or maybe he needs more support from HR for development and training .

Even though we never met in person, Jacob was very nice, answered our questions promptly, and assisted us throughout the whole process. He supported the external inspection arranged by us and even organized the transportation. The price offered was also great. Overall, very professional, trustworthy, and supportive service — highly recommend Jacob and the team at Gympie Mazda!
