Booked a service with them on their app, got 2 messages back confirming this date and time. But they are closed. Should be charging for the fuel for our travel. Not good enough . have now got the service done and they were very helpful. took a whole day but at least we got a loan car for the day.

I took my new Kia Sportage to Kia Gympie for its first service. The service advisor communicated clearly at the time of booking about what to expect and when the car would be serviced after drop-off. The service was completed faster than expected.
I've dealt with Kia Gympie a few times and all but every time there has been an issue or error on their part. Yesterday my 12mth old Kia Sportage was booked in for it's $420 45,000km service. When I rang at 2:25pm I was told they had only JUST put it up on the ramps to begin the service - I was upset, as my car was due to be completed by 1pm.
