I took my new Kia Sportage to Kia Gympie for its first service. The service advisor communicated clearly at the time of booking about what to expect and when the car would be serviced after drop-off. The service was completed faster than expected.
I've dealt with Kia Gympie a few times and all but every time there has been an issue or error on their part. Yesterday my 12mth old Kia Sportage was booked in for it's $420 45,000km service. When I rang at 2:25pm I was told they had only JUST put it up on the ramps to begin the service - I was upset, as my car was due to be completed by 1pm. Almost a year on this dealership continues to hold my deposit for a car they agreed to sell but will not deliver. Pathetic communication and zero support or compensation provided.
