Well over a year since this dealership agreed to provide me with a vehicle, and still they refuse to engage genuinely on a reasonable outcome for the agreement we had. They continue to hold my deposit on the vehicle despite no ability to fulfill, and have been absolutely atrocious in addressing the costs incurred by myself when they backed out of being able to provide the vehicle. Booked a service with them on their app, got 2 messages back confirming this date and time. But they are closed. Should be charging for the fuel for our travel. Not good enough . have now got the service done and they were very helpful. took a whole day but at least we got a loan car for the day.
