We have used Gympie Kia before for servicing and they were great and gave them 5 stars. But this occasion has been disappointing from calling to make a booking to receiving our vehicle back. Obviously a change in service advisor staff and not for the better.
My experience with a sales person call "Jett" at Kia Gympie (Qld) was absolutely horrendous, he was argumentative, tried to be intimating, continuously lied & deflected with saying how patient he has been with me when asked direct questions about the car I wanted to buy, he lied enough to get me to lock into a contract, then gaslighted me when I told him I wanted to cease the contract & wanted my deposit back after being told I was locked into waiting for my new Kia that would take 5 months. My car had problems, went there and they were booked out. But the service manager and a mechanic still took the time to look at my car quickly and give me good advice.
Thank you to Ian & Hayden for the great service when purchasing my new Kia Sportage. Always polite and happy. This is the 4th car I have purchased from Ian and couldn’t be happier. Thank you also to the receptionist who provided us with coffee, much appreciated.
