Unfortunately it has been a debacle each time we have had contact with Gympie Isuzu, from being stuffed around by the Salesman, Salesman leaving and the company not following through with the Sales, delays in delivery, then not being able to supply a Canopy and then taking the vehicle back for fitment of a canopy when it eventually arrived, and then not being notified until late in the day that the Canopy they had was the wrong colour. Went to Toyota first where it felt like I was constantly chasing them up, got fed up and went to Isuzu and they sorted me out with a new car within a hour! Was stoked with Callum's service. Thanks mate

Steve, Brian and the service team have been nothing short of brilliant. If I could give more stars, I would. I bought from Pacific Gympie and the pre sale service was fabulous - even identifying a problem that they could have just "shushed" and organising a fix pre delivery. I've needed "urgent" help twice POST purchase and everyone, has gone above and beyond to make my life easier. THANK YOU Steve, Brian and the entire service team across the street!
