During a vacation from Canada last November, during a heatwave, I was taken to this hospital by ambulance. The paramedics and hospital staff were exceptional, ultimately saving my life. I wish I could recall everyone’s names, but thank you to paramedic Tracey and nurse Lilly. I’ll be back to QLD in September, but hopefully without a hospital tour this time ;)
Had my baby girl at Gympie hospital 3 months ago and I was really impressed with the way the midwives and doctors were! They were very thorough with everything, very caring and kind! I was surprisingly impressed at how amazing my experience was!
I had come into the emergency room with heart, chest pains, adominal pain, blood in urine. And was was disregarded the entire time, and when expressing my concerns they were not taken into account with testing or precautions at the time. And they said that all of those symptoms were from a uti??? When later results said otherwise like I had voiced when I was at the hospital.
Waited more than 5 hours in emergency, no one even looked once, we walk out from hospital, because couldn’t handle pain
Took my son in for 7 stitches, staff were amazing but so under staffed the nurse even handed me to the medication to administer to my son I’ve never had that happen before
