Shockingly bad customer service. 'Sales assistant' was on personal phone call for over ten minutes and told me to move heavy boxes to see what I was after. He was still on phone when I walked out in disgust. I found what I needed on Google from the USA. Shop local? - No thanks. I was offended and insulted. Sack this fool.

I needed new bearings in the front wheels of my ride-on mower .. I called Gympie Bearings to see if they could supply and fit them for me .. the gentleman said we can supply them but we don’t fit them. .. I told him that there was no chance that I could do that job because of my immobility not being able to walk or bend down .. He immediately offered to fit them for me which was exactly what I needed ..
