this company is bad, i know its say it from your work. they take payment out from your pay check they never send you bill or never call you back if you ask them to see if any gym near you and all other GYM giving member ship back during Covid this one is not also they offer you free month for free and you have after that free trail even though no one take gympass near you.

I've had the app for less than 24 hours. LESS than. This is one of the worst apps I've used. Filtering is basic, hours are not available, reviews aren't available, classes aren't available. It's easier to just look up the gym online and make a decision from there. Which means, the app isn't needed. Right? OH WRONG!! It is if you want to use the service. The service/concept is great. But this app needs a serious overhaul.

Trying to get someone on the phone in customer service is a workout within itself. Placed on hold and constantly disconnected. I've called five times within the last few hours and each time I'm placed on the system hold awaiting a rep and each time that system has disconnected me.

Signed up, but the yoga studio they listed as included was no longer accepting Gympass and also the 9Round studio near me (which did accept Gympass, but it was all very confusing) was sketchy. Will be canceling.
