Coming from training at a bigger, franchised gym, I've found GYMlife to be a more comfortable and humble environment for my training. It's small, but there's at least one of everything and it's never so busy that you can't get on a piece of equipment. In fact, there have been many occasions where I've been the only person there. Great locally owned gym, has good equipment that's perfect for getting started in the gym, rarely ever busy, would recommend for new gym goers
