We are of course primarily a Gym which is aimed at being accessible to individuals to work on their personal and mental goals but we hope to be a lot more than just your average gym! I love this place. Sessions are great for all levels. PTs are brilliant and Brad runs a fantastic gym. Has a lovely family/community feel to it (if you are not keen on typical commercial gyms, this is the place for you). Definitely recommend this setup for anyone into HIIT/Crossfit

After being apprehensive about starting a new gym, Brad made us feel welcome, he was super supportive and encouraging. Really enjoying the variety of classes. Enjoying challenging myself- although the stairs back down out of the are a killer after a class !!
